While on-site our staff is always professionally dressed and is mindful that they not only represent OCR but represent you as our client to provide the highest level of customer service to your tenants. We maintain your property as if it were our own and go over and beyond the call of duty while staying within the scope that you as our client set as the level of service you expect. Our staff is trained to report all engineering maintenance needs to OCR so we can provide an extra level of service that other companies do not provide.

OCR offers day porter contracts on a full-time or part-time basis. We also provide cleaning services On Call as needed.
