Preventative Maintenance
Our company can design a maintenance program that fits your building's specific needs. We offer services monthly, quarterly, annually or "On Call" as needed. Some of those services include but are not limited to:
- Scheduled filter replacement
- Light bulb replacement/re-lamping
- Check all plumbing for leaks
- Check all mechanical equipment for leaks/problems and repair
- Check all belts and replace as needed
- Check roof for leaks or problems
- Check interior and exterior of entire building for any needed maintenance
or repairs
- Replace broken/stained ceiling tiles
- Inspect cooling tower for proper operation
- Air compressor inspection
- Boiler inspection to ensure they are operating efficiently
- Check all pumps and grease bearings
