Ray is a gifted leader in the field of Facilities Maintenance and Plant Engineering. With a welcoming no nonsense style that delivers results with minimum down time, he is the consummate professional.

Ray’s experience is broad and diverse; from Facilities Manager at Metabasis Pharmaceutical, to Pfizer Global Operations Planner & Scheduler, tied with his service in the United States Navy, he has acquired unrivaled skills that allow him to problem solve quickly and efficiently.

Ray and wife Roann are a winning team for their up-and-coming Company, On Call Repair, offering first rate client services with their “Every Customer Matters” philosophy.

Roann Gobeil

Roann is an award winning Asset and Property Manager. With an instinctive ability to plan, manage and organize, she utilizes her strengths to deliver results with vigor, in a friendly, down to earth style.

In 2007 Roann received the Toby Award for Historic Building of the year from BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association. She was also a BOMA Rising Star Award Nominee in 2007.

Roann is teaming up with husband Ray to run their business, On Call Repair, OCR. Her energy, expertise and knowledge are an asset to their rapidly growing company.
