Ray Gobeil

Ray is a gifted business owner and leader in the field of Facilities Maintenance and Plant Engineering. With his welcoming no nonsense style that delivers results with minimum down time, he is the consummate professional.

Ray has over 20 years experience in the field of Building Maintenance and Engineering and has built a reputation of honesty and reliability with all of his clients. Ray has held the title of Facilities Manager, Operations Planner & Scheduler, and has many years of experience in industrial plant maintenance and operations. Ray uses this broad and diverse knowledge to personally train all of OCR's personnel giving them the ability to service all of OCR's client needs. Ray's background also consists of many years in the construction business, owner and operator of a successful landscaping company in Texas, and over 12 years experience in operations, maintenance and water treatment for a large facility. Ray's desire to start OCR primarily stems from his own needs as a Facilities Manager to wear many hats and the changing times where you need to have that one company that is capable of handling anything from tenant improvements to all your building's maintenance needs. As founder and President of OCR, Ray oversees all field operations and brings a wealth of knowledge to his business.

Roann Gobeil

Roann is an award winning Asset and Property Manager. With an instinctive ability to plan, manage and organize, she utilizes her strengths to deliver results with vigor, in a friendly, down to earth style.

In 2007 Roann received the Toby Award for Historic Building of the year from BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association. She was also a BOMA Rising Star Award Nominee in 2007.

Her energy, expertise and knowledge are an asset to their rapidly growing company.
